Sarasota Adult Kickball League Registration

Team registration for SPRING 2010 Is CLOSED. All 24 spots are filled. Check back in May for the FALL 2010 registration dates. 

 FORMS

Individual Registration Form (.doc)  Everyone needs to submit one of these and turn it in with a waiver and release!   If you've arranged to play for a team, submit this form to your Team Captain.  If you don't have a team and would like us to attempt to place you on a team that needs players, submit this form to the League.  

Team Registration Form (.doc)- Updated 01/06/10 with total cost & deadlines. Only Team Captains need to submit this form to the League.

 Waiver and Release (.doc) Everyone needs to sign & submit one of these and turn it in along with a registration form each season!  (Submit it to your Team Captain if you're playing for a team, or to the League if you're an individual in search of a team)
